Class groups are groups of students that can be assigned to assessments.
Class groups are created:
during the SMS upload to the site or
- when NZCER uploads test data from scanned answer sheets or
- manually by the site administrator or by a teacher.
The site administrator can see and edit all class groups in the school. Teachers can only work with class groups that the site administrator has associated them with, or that they have created themselves.
The ‘Class Group Management’ page provides functions to manage the class groups including viewing and editing their details, associating them with teachers and deleting them. The ‘Class Group Management’ page can be accessed from the ‘Site Management’ page.
