Admins can manually create learner profiles without needing to do a new SMS upload.


Step 1: 
Click on users


Step 2: Click on create learner (top of the screen)




Step 3: Fill out the details 


Step 4: Create the learner profile


There is a two step process after the learner profile has been created:




Admins can add students to classes.


Step 1: Click on classes


Step 2: Click on manage students (people looking icon)




Step 3: Click 'Add Student/s' from the right hand-side of the screen


Step 4: Use the tick box on the left to select multiple learners at once, then click 'Add Student/s'. 


Students will be added to that class.


B. Admins and teachers can add learners within the assessments.


Step 1: Click on dashboard


Step 2: Choose the assessment from the subscribed assessments


Step 3: Click on manage users (people looking icon)




Step 4: Click on add users


Step 5: Use the tick box on the left to select multiple learners at once


Learners will be added.
