Admins and teachers can reset tokens for online testing when required. 


This process is a two step process. Firstly, we want to remove the existing data of the school by deleting the report. Secondly, we will have to add the student to the assessment to create a new token.


A. Delete existing record of the student.


Step 1: Click on dashboard


Step 2: Choose the assessment from the subscribed assessments


Step 3: Click on manage users (people looking icon) 




Step 4: Click on the small tick box (on left hand side of the screen) to remove the student and the report.




Step 5: Click on remove users (on the right hand side of the screen)




Student's record will be deleted.



B. Add the student to the assessment


Step 1: Click on dashboard


Step 2: Choose the assessment from the subscribed assessments


Step 3: Click on manage users (people looking icon)




Step 4: Click on add users


Step 5: Use the tick box on the left to select multiple learners at once


Learners will be added.


C. Export tokens


Admins and teachers can export tokens for online testing.


Step 1: Click on dashboard


Step 2: Choose the assessment from the subscribed assessments


Step 3: Click on manage users (people looking icon) 




Step 4: Click on export tokens (on top right hand-side of the screen)




A dialogue box will pop up asking whether you want to export the tokens as PDF or CSV file


Step 5: Choose the option and export the tokens
