To set up survey groups for your students: 

(please note that groups will need to have more than 10 students in them to maintain the anonymity of the survey)

  • Click ‘Add new survey group’
  • Give the group you are creating a name and choose the appropriate Term.
  • Click ‘Submit’
  • This new survey group will now be displayed on your Survey page
  • Each group will be allocated a ‘Student Token’ that they will use to access the survey itself (every student in that group will have the same token)

How do students log into the survey site to respond to the survey questions?

  • Once students have their unique ‘Student Token’ ask them to load the survey URL: 
  • Enter in their unique code
  • Check that the information that comes up on the screen is correct
  • Begin responding to the survey
