Administrators can create the Principal and Teacher surveys to be used within the school. Please follow the steps below to set up:
Step 1: Log into your account at NZCER Assist
Step 2: Select Teaching and School Practices Survey Tool (TSP) from the Dashboard under the Surveys heading:
Step 3: Click on the create survey on the top right hand-side of the screen.
Step 4: Fill out the details for the survey you are creating and then click Create:
Step 5: You will now need to add users to each survey. You can do so by clicking the Manage Learners icon displayed beneath the Actions heading.
Copy and share the unique Survey Administration Link with your staff to assign the survey.
Step 6: Users will click on the survey administration link that has been emailed to them and they will be directed to the NZCER Assist login page
- Users who have an NZCER Assist account: They can login using their username and password.
- Users who do not have an NZCER Assist account: They will need to create one by clicking on Sign up now!
Step 7: Users can view their unique token required to sit the survey by logging into their account on NZCER Assist, clicking on Dashboard and then the My Assignments tab.
Users can sit their survey by clicking the Start button, or by entering their unique token code on www.nzceronline.org.nz
