Admins and teachers can create writing assessment for Year 5-10 students. They may choose to do this if they want to assess a class, or group of students, outside of the whole school testing time when the SMS upload fills in all classes. (Refer to Tuhituhi | Writing Foundation assessments for Year 3-4 students)


Step 1: Click on Dashboard


Step 2: Click on PAT: Tuhituhi | Writing


Step 3: Click on Create Assessment  (top right)


Step 4: In Type, select prefered writing topic (ref genre optoins), and complete Name and Period fields


Step 5: Click on Create


Your assessment has been created. Now you will need to Add Students to the assessment.
